Geometria is offering free shipping on retail orders of over $150 AUD for our Cushion Covers and
Dry Mounted Photographic Artworks within Australia and New Zealand using Australia Post.
The flat rate is $12.00 for retail orders under $150 within Australia and $20 for New Zealand.
International shipping outside of New Zealand has not been added to our site options yet, but you
can email us and give us your address and international postal zone and we can calculate a quote
for you . Be ensured we will choose the most reasonably priced and secure option for delivery so
you can still enjoy purchasing Geometria products outside of Australia and New Zealand.

All our designer tiles are custom made to order.
Your tile order is as unique as you are.
At this stage shipping of tiles is only available within Australia on this site , unless you contact me
personally via email and/or phone to discuss.
Shipping within Australia starts with a variety of flat based rates based on weight .
This increases as weights and dimensional volumes get heavier and larger.
As Tiles in larger quantities can weigh a lot we use different carriers for different weight quantities.
For smaller weight orders we use Australia Post or Sendle . For larger weight and volume orders
the cheapest reliable courier option will be researched after the tiles are manufactured.
It is very difficult to estimate the cost of shipping for larger orders as each tile needs to be
protected with double packaging after production and then packed.
As weights , dimensions and destinations affect the cost of shipping we hope you understand that
to ensure we find you the best possible price for shipping to your personal destination , that we
need to quote you after tile production and packing for shipping , once we know the exact weight
and dimension of your order.
All tile orders are custom made for you specifically and must be paid for before production
commences. Upon completion of larger production orders you will be contacted regarding the
price of shipping your order.
You must pay in full for shipping costs at this point before the tiles are sent out for delivery.
If any tiles are broken during shipping we will replace them at no cost to you. You must provide
proof of any broken tiles within 48 hours for orders under 30 kilos or a reasonable amount of time
like 30 days for very large pallet orders.
For International shipping the same guidelines apply regarding upfront payment for tile production
and all international shipping will be quoted after manufacture and paid for before delivery.
